飲用紅茶的習慣自17世紀中後期開始在英國繼而整個歐洲流行，直至現在，英式紅茶文化的愛好者已遍及世界各地。茉莉茶館希望以熱情和專注，沖出一杯「能消除所有煩惱」的紅茶。
MATSURI的單品茶全由各地茶園直接購入，紅茶的香氣、味道、層次會因應產地的海拔高度、天氣、土壤、種植方法而產生變化。單品紅茶大多適合單飲，如有需要，可要求牛奶及砂糖，但卻可能會破壞紅茶本身的風味。
-如茶味過濃，可請女僕提供熱水以作調整濃度之用。
-女僕已預設濾走茶葉，如需把茶葉留於茶壺內，請於點茶時通知女僕。
-茉莉茶館主要使用 Royal albert、 Noritake及 Narumi的茶具，由英國及日本購入、部份屬古董，請愛惜使用。
The popularity of tea drinking in England dated back to 1660s and now the English tea culture has captured many tea lovers around the world. With passion and perservance, Matsuri Tearoom hopes to serve a cup of tea that“ can solve everything.”
All MATSURI single estate teas are directly imported from their origins. Their aroma, flavour and depth of teas depend highly on the altitude, climate, soil,
plantation method of the origin. Single estate teas are most preferable to drink straight. Milk and sugar are available upon requst while they may vitiate the orginal taste of the tea.
-Hot water jug is available upon request to adjust the tea's concentration.
-Tea leaves are filtered out to avoid overstepping. Otherwise, please inform us when you order the tea.
-Matsuri Tearoom mainly serves with teawares from Royal albert, Noritake and Narumi which are all bought from England and Japan. Some of them are antiques.
